2010 is the International Year of Biodiversity and FWAG would like to invite you to celebrate this event by joining a very "BIG picnic" being held on the International Day of Biodiversity.

Since the introduction of the Upland Entry Level Scheme, farmers will be interested in how they can benefit. The event will consist of a walk at Eggleston Hall Farm followed by a supper and talk from FWAG's Regional Director Chloe Palmer.

We look forward to a social evening at Greenwell Farm, this year's Tye Trophy, Tyne Tees county winning farm . Linda Vickers has kindly invited members to a farm walk followed by a BBQ.

The RSPB reserve is into it's 2nd Year, our guide will be David Braithwaite, a past FWAG Chairman in Humberside. David will highlight the current residents and explain the management of wet grassland at the reserve.
