CSS or ESA claims due?

Thursday 15th November becomes important this year as, for the first time in respect of the Countryside Stewardship Scheme and the Environmentally Sensitive Area scheme, claims are now subject to penalties if made after this date. A deduction of 1% from an agreement holders' payment will be made for every working day after the deadline up until Monday 10 December.
